• provides information e.g. technical information, brochures, etc. to customersdealers according to their demandneeds.

• recommends changes in product features, servicespolicy by evaluating resultscompetitive developments.
主要職責:
• 拜訪所屬銷售區域的客戶。
• 維持現有客戶關系,并開發新的客戶。
• 獨立管理個人所屬銷售區域的客戶賬戶。
• 收集客戶信息,關注市場發展趨勢,以及競爭對手的動向。
• 合理安排客戶訪問,并按時完成客戶拜訪報告。
• 向客戶推薦groz-beckert公司的產品性能、特點、優勢以及相關的服務。
• 根據客戶和經銷商的需求,提供相關的信息(如技術資料、手冊等)。
• 負責處理客戶的投訴,并按照投訴流程高效、及時地完成相關工作。
• 維護公司與客戶和經銷商可持續的合作關系。
• 根據市場的發展狀況,對公司產品的性能、服務及銷售政策提供合理化建議。
